Assisted Living ServerThe Assisted Living Server is responsible for providing excellent dining service to residents of an assisted living community. This position requires a compassionate and dedicated individual who is committed to creating a positive and enjoyable dining experience for our residents.Schedule: Part-Time, Weekends, Weekdays, Day ShiftsResponsibilitiesServe meals to residents in a timely and efficient mannerAssist residents with their dining needs, such as cutting food, opening packages, and pouring beveragesClear and clean tables after mealsMaintain a clean and organized dining areaCommunicate with kitchen staff to ensure that meals are prepared correctly and on timeInteract with residents in a friendly and professional mannerReport any concerns about residents' health or well-being to the appropriate staffMaintain a positive and upbeat attitudeFollow all company policies and proceduresRequirementsQualificationsHigh school diploma or equivalentCurrent Food Handlers Certification is required.At least one year of experience working in a food service settingStrong customer service skillsCompassion and patienceAbility to work independently and as part of a teamAbility to lift and carry heavy objects
