Pay Scale: Base hourly rate ranges between: $16.90 - $24.00 per hour.

What Youll Do

• Greet and assist customers in a friendly, professional manner
• Support the service team by moving and staging vehicles safely
• Clean and detail new and used vehicles (interior and exterior)
• Apply cleaning and protective products to maintain vehicle appearance
• Ensure vehicles are presentation-ready for customers and delivery
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
• Follow all safety procedures and report any concerns immediately
• Communicate effectively with team members to support daily operations
• Perform additional duties as assigned

What Were Looking For

• Customer service mindset (hospitality, retail, or service experience is a plus)
• Positive attitude and strong work ethic
• Reliable, punctual, and ready to learn
• Strong communication and listening skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
• Valid drivers license with a clean driving record
• Ability to follow dealership policies and procedures
