You grow our agency through meaningful customer relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments. As an attentive, sociable, and sales‑minded professional, we are eager to have you on our team. Responsibilities Quote and acquire new business, primarily by working leads paid for by the agency. Manage customer accounts and update information in the database. Assist customers with policy changes and inquiries. Process insurance claims and follow up with customers on claim status. Coordinate with underwriters to ensure timely policy issuance. Qualifications Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Excellent customer service and communication skills. A drive to win and outperform your peers. This position is entry level; no prior experience is required. Licensing Insurance licensing is required only after the initial job offer and acceptance. $1,000 sign‑on bonus once licensing is completed. Property, Casualty, Life, and Health are the insurance lines for which licensing will be required. Compensation This position pays a flat hourly base. Any commission earned is in addition to bonuses and your base pay. Compensación $5,000.00 - $12,000.00 per month.
