Outpatient Clinics Float Nurse – Nursing
Schedule: Days, 8-hour shifts, 32 hours/week
Assignment Details: Contract Length: 13 weeks Guaranteed Hours: 32 hours/week
Requirements: Associate degree in Nursing (ADN) Unrestricted license to practice as a Registered Nurse (RN) in the State Basic Life Support (BLS) Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) 2 years of PCU/ICU/CCU experience (preferred) 2 years of ED experience (preferred) Experience with EPIC (preferred) Bilingual in Spanish (preferred)
Roles & Responsibilities: Provide professional nursing care in outpatient clinics under minimal supervision. Perform administrative support functions in various specialty clinics. Remain flexible to provide care across different outpatient clinic specialties. Ensure effective communication with patients and healthcare team members. Monitor patient conditions and report changes to the healthcare team. Participate in patient education and support initiatives.
Compliance / Notes: Travelers are responsible for securing their own housing. Must be healthy enough to safely function in a low oxygen environment (8k elevation). Not accepting any requests for time off (RTO).
