ABOUT THE POSITION As a Server Assistant your primary goal is to assist the serving team in providing guests with a complete full-service experience from the time they enter to the time they leave. DUTIES + RESPONSIBILITIES Support Server teams by assisting in dining room cleanliness and guest service. Set, clear, and bus dining room tables. Welcome all guests as they enter and leave. Assist in pulling food and delivering to tables. Clean menus and stock server-side stations as needed. Handle and pack take-out and delivery orders. Here are some other qualifications needed for this position: Education and experience We train- No experience necessary! Ability to speak, read, and write English. Must be eligible to work in the United States. Professional Requirements Pleasant and polite. Strong guest service skills with a passion for hospitality. Ability to coordinate, multitask and remain composed. Physical Settings and Schedule Ability to be scheduled on the weekends. Be able to stand position for long periods of time (up to 5 hours).
