Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant - Geriatrics Location: Gladwin, Michigan An excellent opportunity is available for a dedicated Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join a collaborative Geriatrics team in Gladwin, MI. This role focuses on providing compassionate care to the elderly population in both clinic and post-acute settings.Schedule: Full-Time, Day ShiftHours: Monday - Friday, 8:30 a.m. - 5:00 p.m. Position Highlights:Full-time, day shift scheduleMonday through Friday, 8:30 AM - 5:00 PMOccasional coverage at Stratford Pines (Midland, MI) Key Responsibilities:Conduct visits for new patientsRounding on established patientsManage patient dischargesCollaborate with physicians and care teams to provide high-quality geriatric care Qualifications:Graduate of an accredited Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant programAHA-approved Basic Life Support (BLS) certificationExperience in geriatrics or primary care preferred, but new graduates will be consideredThis is a great opportunity for an APP looking to build meaningful relationships with patients and work within a supportive team dedicated to senior care in a welcoming community setting.
