Talent Acquisition Specialist

PPC Partners is adding a Talent Acquisition Specialist to support hiring across our Northern operations throughout WI & MN. This role partners closely with hiring managers and HR to attract top talent across various professional roles. What You’ll Do Lead full-cycle recruiting from intake through offer Build strong candidate pipelines within construction and skilled trades Partner with hiring managers to align on needs, timelines, and hiring strategy Deliver a consistent, high-quality candidate and hiring manager experience Use market insights and data to influence hiring decisions What You Bring 3-5 years of recruiting experience (construction, utility and/or related industry strongly preferred) Strong sourcing and pipeline-building skills Ability to manage multiple searches in a fast-paced environment Confident communicator who can build trust with hiring leaders Why Join Us High-impact role supporting business growth in the Midwest Strong partnership with HR and business leaders Opportunity to shape how we attract and hire talent #J-18808-Ljbffr
