- Own the Relationship: Act as the trusted, primary point of contact for key accounts, building deep, value-driven partnerships.
- Orchestrate Success: Coordinate seamlessly across engineering, production, supply chain, and quality teams to ensure we hit every single customer commitment.
- Drive Growth: Keep your eyes open for organic expansion—identifying opportunities for new programs, increased volumes, and additional services within your accounts.
- Crush Roadblocks: Proactively manage risks, smoothly handle pricing and RFQ adjustments, and resolve issues with the kind of transparency that builds lifelong customer loyalty.
- Customer-Obsessed & Accountable: You naturally act as the "voice of the customer" internally, taking personal pride in their success.
- Operationally Savvy: You understand the realities of manufacturing, lead times, and engineering constraints. You speak the language of the shop floor and the boardroom.
- Proactive & Sharp: You don't wait for things to go wrong. You anticipate issues, balance customer satisfaction with profitability, and love keeping projects on budget and on schedule.
- Unshakeable: When the stakes are high or timelines are tight, you are the calmest person in the room.

- Customer Relationship Ownership
Act as the primary point of contact for assigned accounts, building strong, trust-based relationships - Program Execution Oversight
Ensure seamless coordination across engineering, production, supply chain, and quality to meet customer commitments - Revenue Growth & Account Expansion
Identify new opportunities within existing customers (new programs, increased volumes, additional services) - Issue Resolution & Escalation Management
Proactively manage risks, resolve issues, and communicate transparently to maintain customer confidence - Quote & Change Management
Support RFQs, pricing discussions, and contract adjustments aligned with customer needs and business objectives - Customer Communication & Reporting
Provide regular updates on schedules, performance metrics, and program status
