Affiliated with Northern Dutchess Hospital in Rhinebeck, New York, Nuvance Health Medical Practice is seeking a board-certified Family Medicine Nurse Practitioner to work with our busy and growing practice in Kingston, NY.

Our employed outpatient practices utilize our hospitalist program for in-patient admissions. Our providers work in a respectful and collegial environment with excellent work life balance. The Primary Care office is located in a new expanded space. Ob/GYN shares in the office as well. The practice consists of 5 physicians and 2 NP.
