Job Details

• Schedule: Days shift, 8/12 hours, with a minimum of 40 hours per week.
• Certifications, Education Requirements, Degree Requirements, Location Requirements, and Years of Experience: AHA Basic Life Support (BLS), AHA Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS), and National Institute of Health Stroke Scale (NIHSS); minimum of 1 year experience; prior travel experience required; charge experience required and will be performing in this capacity regularly; Electronic Patient Record system (EPIC) experience from within the past 2 years is required and nonnegotiable; New York license or proof of application with applied date required in packet at time of submission.
• Additional Information: IVS to OFFER; Schedule will be 3 x 12s one week and 3 x 12s and an 8-hour shift the next; a minimum of every other weekend scheduled and/or schedule adjusted to meet patient care needs; no block schedules for any reason; bi-weekly orientations on Monday; please ensure all employment gaps over 90 days are explained; this facility requires all work history information to be complete in order to submit.
• Requirements: AHA BLS, AHA ACLS, and NIHSS; NIHSS is required prior to start; a minimum of 1 year experience; prior travel required; charge experience required and will be performing in this capacity regularly; EPIC experience from within the past 2 years is required and nonnegotiable; NY license, or proof of application with applied date, required in packet at time of submission.
