We value those who embrace creativity, continuous improvement, and contribute to a culture where we win together and create and share joy in our work.Requirements:Minimum of 10 years of hands-on experience in full-stack application development utilizing .NET, Angular/JavaScript, REST APIs, and relational databases with TDD approachMinimum of 10 years of experience with enterprise software development processes, including documentation through sequence diagrams, activity diagramsMinimum of 8 years of experience in developing microservices and implementing API-first design principlesMinimum of 5 years of experience with AWS technologies (AWS Lambda, Step Functions)Minimum of 2 years of experience in Site Reliability EngineeringCore Competencies:AI Awareness & Design ExpectationsUsing AI copilots (GitHub Copilot, Cursor, Antigravity) to accelerate developmentApplying LLMs (ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini) for code generation, review, refactoring, debuggingFamiliarity with Figma for design collaborationUnderstanding responsible AI usage including data privacy and securityPreferences:API Management experience with SwaggerHubCloud transformation expertise (AWS, Azure, GCP)Understanding of DevSecOps practicesProficiency in source control and CI/CDMentorship and development skillsBS or advanced degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field** This is a hybrid role, requiring onsite presence at our Charlotte/Fort Mill or NYC/Midtown office 2–3 days per week, as much of the team and leadership are based there.Pay Range:$140,500.00 - $234,100.00Actual base salary varies based on factors, including but not limited to, relevant skill, prior experience, education, base salary of internal peers, demonstrated performance, and geographic location.
