The Director of People & Culture is responsible for leading the firm’s people strategy and employee experience, ensuring IQONIC Wealth Management continues to attract, develop, and retain exceptional talent while fostering a high-performing, values-driven culture. This role serves as a strategic partner to the President and leadership team, providing leadership in talent acquisition, onboarding, employee development, performance management, compensation administration, employee relations, and organizational culture. The Director of People & Culture will design and implement scalable people processes that support the firm’s continued growth while ensuring employees have the resources, support, and accountability necessary to thrive. Primary Responsibilities Onboarding & Employee Development Design and oversee the firm’s onboarding process for all new employees. Develop role-specific onboarding plans in partnership with department leaders. Coordinate employee training and professional development initiatives. Support career path planning and employee growth conversations. Track licensing requirements, continuing education, and professional development progress. Ensure consistent onboarding experiences across all departments. Performance Management Administer the firm’s performance review process. Coordinate annual and mid-year review cycles. Lead effective coaching and performance conversations. Maintain performance documentation and employee records. Identify performance trends and recommend improvement strategies. Assist leadership with employee development and succession planning. Compensation & Benefits Administration Coordinate compensation review and salary adjustment processes. Support bonus administration and compensation planning. Administer employee benefit programs. Maintain compensation records with appropriate confidentiality. Partner with leadership to ensure compensation practices remain competitive and equitable. Lead the full-cycle recruiting process for both advisor and non-advisor positions. Partner with leadership to identify staffing needs and hiring priorities. Develop and maintain job descriptions and recruiting strategies. Coordinate candidate sourcing, screening, interviewing, and selection. Support advisor recruiting initiatives alongside firm leadership. Maintain recruiting metrics, hiring pipelines, and time-to-fill reporting. Continuously improve recruiting processes and candidate experience. Employee Relations & Culture Serve as the primary resource for employee relations matters. Support conflict resolution and employee coaching efforts. Lead employee engagement initiatives and culture-building activities. Plan employee recognition programs and firm events. Monitor employee engagement and identify retention risks. Human Resources Administration & Compliance Maintain employee personnel files and employment documentation. Ensure compliance with applicable federal and state employment laws. Maintain and update the employee handbook and HR policies. Coordinate HR documentation and employment records. Partner with outside providers regarding employee benefits and HR-related matters. Executive Partnership Serve as a trusted advisor to the leadership team on people-related matters. Participate in leadership meetings and strategic planning initiatives. Assist with organizational planning and workforce development. Lead special projects that strengthen the employee experience and organizational effectiveness. Recommend improvements to people processes that support firm growth. Qualifications Required Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience. Three to seven years of experience in human resources, people operations, leadership, operations, consulting, or organizational development. Strong organizational and project management skills. Excellent written and verbal communication abilities. High level of professionalism and discretion. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills. Preferred Experience in wealth management, financial services, banking, consulting, or professional services. Experience recruiting and hiring professional staff. Knowledge of performance management and employee development. Experience supporting executive leadership teams.
