Behavioral Health Technician

Bay Area Behavior Consultants is hiring Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to work with children with autism and other special needs. Retention bonus distributed throughout your first year Paid time off, paid client cancellations, mileage reimbursement, 401K, health plans, and referral bonuses Flexible schedule – part-time to full-time opportunities Tuition Discounts with Purdue University What You’ll Do: Implement ABA therapy programs under supervision Conduct one-on-one or small group therapy sessions (2–3 hours each) Play, engage, and help children learn skills in fun, structured ways Collaborate with supervisors and families to track progress Schedule: Typical hours: 8–9 AM to 7–8 PM, Monday–Friday Occasional Saturdays (extra pay) Start 10–15 hours/week, potential to go full-time after certification Flexible scheduling wherever possible Requirements: 18+ years old, High School Diploma or equivalent Clear background/fingerprint check & health screening CPR preferred Reliable vehicle, CA Driver’s License & proof of insurance Bilingual (Spanish) strongly encouraged Ability to lift 25+ lbs., run, play, and actively engage in sessions 6+ months of experience working with children/adolescents Dependable, flexible, professional, open to feedback Languages: We are looking for bilingual BTs - Spanish, Arabic, and Portuguese! #J-18808-Ljbffr Bay Area Behavior Consultants, LLC
