Matchwell is hiring Respiratory Therapists (RTs) for one of our Acute Care partners in Chicago, IL! See below for more details. Salary Range: Up to $48/HR

Schedule: Contract

Position Requirements:

Current and active RT License
2 years of acute care experience (LTAC, Progressive Care, Step-down, Med-surg or ICU)
Current Tuberculosis screening
Current ACLS, BLS certifications
Hepatitis B, Influenza and COVID vaccinations or approved exemptions
Latex Allergy Screening
Background and Drug Screening

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Evaluate patient and recommend appropriate treatment plan
Provide respiratory care to patients with critical and complex medical and surgical conditions
Perform insertion and removal of endotracheal tubes
Promote continuous quality improvement
Teach and counsel patients/families
