Charge RN - NICU (Level IV) Full Time (36 Hour Weeks), 12 Hour Night Shifts. Sign‑On Bonus: $10,000 for eligible rehires and external hires. Required Qualifications Graduation from an accredited nursing program. Washington Registered Nurse License upon hire. National Provider BLS – American Heart Association upon hire. National Provider NRP – American Academy of Pediatrics upon hire. 1 year of nursing experience with demonstrated leadership abilities. Pay Range: $48.85 – $89.91 per hour. Additional compensation may include shift differentials, standby/on‑call, overtime, premiums, extra shift incentives, or bonus opportunities.
