Occupational Therapist

Stratford Manor Rehabilitation & Care Center in West Orange, NJ is seeking a compassionate Occupational Therapist to provide resident-centered care in our skilled nursing and rehab setting. In this role, you will evaluate residents, develop individualized treatment plans, and deliver evidence-based interventions to promote safety, independence, and quality of life for both short-term rehab and long-term care residents. You’ll collaborate closely with nursing, rehab, and medical teams, educate families, support safe discharge planning, and contribute to a respectful, mission-driven environment focused on strong clinical outcomes and resident dignity.
