Maintenance Mechanic - Direct Hire

2nd & 3rd Shift | Walworth, WI

Adecco is recruiting for Maintenance Mechanics for a Direct Hire opportunity with a premier food manufacturer in Walworth, WI . Responsibilities:

• Troubleshoot, repair, and maintain production equipment

• Perform preventive maintenance and routine inspections

• Support facility utility systems, including boilers and related equipment

• Complete maintenance work orders and maintenance documentation

• Work closely with production teams to minimize downtime

• Follow all safety, quality, and food safety standards

Qualifications:

• Minimum 2 years of industrial maintenance experience

• Experience troubleshooting and repairing manufacturing equipment

• Knowledge of mechanical, pneumatic, hydraulic, and electrical systems preferred

• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

• Food manufacturing experience is a plus
