RN Telephone Advice

UCHealth is seeking an experienced RN for our Telephone Advice team. In this role, you will provide remote triage, symptom assessment, and clinical advice to patients across our integrated health system. Using evidence-based protocols and your nursing judgment, you will determine care urgency, offer self-care guidance, and direct patients to appropriate services, while documenting thoroughly in the EHR. You will collaborate with providers and care teams, support quality and safety goals, and embody UCHealth’s patient-first, collaborative culture with clear, compassionate communication and commitment to continuous learning.
