We are seeking Customer Service Representatives in Knoxville, TN, who are passionate about helping people and have excellent customer service skills. In this role, you will handle incoming calls, respond to inquiries, email chats and provide accurate information about our services while maintaining professionalism and empathy.

 

Responsibilities

• Answer incoming calls, emails, chats and respond to customer inquiries courteously and efficiently.
• Direct calls to appropriate departments or team members as needed.
• Provide accurate information about company services, procedures, and general inquiries.
• Take detailed messages and ensure timely follow-up or resolution.
• Maintain professionalism and empathy when handling customer concerns or complaints.
• Update and maintain customer records with accurate notes and contact details.
• Assist customers in navigating company websites, portals, or forms.
• Coordinate with departments to ensure prompt fulfillment of customer needs.
• Identify urgent issues and escalate to supervisors or relevant teams.
• Support administrative tasks such as data entry, documentation, and scheduling as needed.
• Navigate multiple systems to help research and resolve guests questions.

 

Required Qualifications

• Previous customer service, administrative, or call center experience preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong multitasking and time management abilities.
• Organized, detail -oriented and enjoys solving problems.
• Enjoys building relationships with guest with world class customer service.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel) and other common software.
• Friendly and professional demeanor focused on exceptional service.
• Is flexible and excited to support team during peak Christmas season.
• 6 moths or more in hospitality, retail, or contact center experience preferred
