You will serve as a vital contributor on active federal and government general construction projects across diverse outdoor work environments. How You Will Make an Impact

• Perform essential manual site preparation and clean-up tasks to maintain safe and efficient outdoor job conditions.
• Load, unload, and organize building materials, tools, and heavy equipment across active construction sites.
• Assist skilled trade crews with concrete placement, equipment setup, and general structural installations.
• Operate various hand and power tools safely to complete assigned daily tasks on schedule.
• Inspect worksite areas continuously to identify and mitigate potential hazards before work begins.
• Maintain active communication with field operations supervisors to ensure daily project goals are met.

Required Qualifications & Experience

• Strong physical stamina and willingness to perform manual labor in outdoor environments.
• Absolute willingness to travel up to 20% of working hours to remote project locations.
• Direct commitment to jobsite safety practices, teamwork, and reliable daily attendance.
• Strong ability to follow multi-step verbal directions and project site safety protocols.

Preferred Qualifications & Experience

• Previous general construction or field labor experience on commercial or federal projects.
• Familiarity with basic construction tools, material handling, and site safety standards.
