FQA Inspector

Our client, an industry leader in manufacturing, is seeking a FQA Inspector to join their team. As a FQA Inspector, you will be part of the Quality Assurance department supporting the manufacturing process. The ideal candidate will have attention to detail, strong communication skills, and a proactive approach, which will align successfully in the organization. Job Title: FQA Inspector Location: Milpitas, CA Pay Range: $24.00-$24.50/hr Shift: Day Shift (6:00 AM - 2:30 PM) What's the Job? Perform PCBA inspection (defect detection) of SMT, TH & Mechanical parts. Understand and follow Manufacturing Process Instructions, product documentation, and deviation implementation. Conduct First Article inspection processes to ensure quality standards. Scan inspection results into the DGS system accurately and efficiently. Maintain detailed records and report inspection findings clearly. What's Needed? Minimum of three years’ experience in Quality Assurance Control/Inspection process (PCBA and through hole components). Experience using calipers, micrometers, magnifier lamp, microscopes. Excellent written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills. Computer literate with organizational skills and attention to detail. Ability to communicate effectively with co-workers and team members. What's in it for me?
