Role Description The Sales Associate is a full-time, on-site role based in Bonita Springs, FL. This position is responsible for engaging prospective residents and their families, conducting tours of the community, and clearly communicating the value of the organization’s senior living and memory care programs. Day-to-day responsibilities include responding to inquiries, qualifying leads, managing the sales pipeline, and supporting prospects through the decision-making process. The Sales Associate collaborates with community leadership and operations teams to ensure accurate information, timely follow-up, and a positive experience for every potential resident. The role also includes maintaining detailed records in customer relationship management systems, meeting occupancy and sales goals, and participating in outreach and events that promote the community. Qualifications Strong sales and customer service skills, including lead qualification, relationship building, and closing abilities. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to present information clearly and compassionately to diverse audiences. Organizational and time-management skills, including accurate record-keeping, follow-up tracking, and CRM or database proficiency. Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and contribute to community events and outreach activities. Comfort working in a senior living or healthcare environment; prior experience in senior living, hospitality, or health services sales is beneficial. Demonstrated integrity, professionalism, and respect for residents, families, and team members. Basic proficiency with office software (e.g., email, spreadsheets, presentation tools) and willingness to learn new systems.
