Job Type: Full Time. Up to $15,000 SOB for qualified candidates, paid over 24 months. The Registered Nurse uses critical thinking skills to coordinate and provide safe, quality care to patients utilizing the nursing process of assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation. The role also assists with organizing patient care activities as assigned. Qualifications Education: Graduate of Registered Nurse Program. Experience: None. License: Registered Nurse. Certifications: BLS/CPR (American Heart Association), ACLS (AHA) (within 90 days for inexperienced RNs), NIH Stroke Certification (within 60 days of hire or transfer), PALS (within 90 days of hire or transfer), Basic EKG, Critical Care Course & Trauma Course within 6 months for inexperienced RNs, TNCC within 18 months of hire or transfer. Organization Description St. Marys Medical Center (SMMC), part of the Palm Beach Health Network, is a 420‑bed acute care hospital in West Palm Beach. SMMC has been serving Palm Beach County and the Treasure Coast for more than 80 years. The hospital is a Level 1 Trauma Center, a state‑designated Pediatric Trauma Referral Center, certified Comprehensive Stroke Center, and has a Level III NICU. Pediatric services are provided at the Palm Beach Children’s Hospital at St. Marys Medical Center.
