Travel Physical Therapist - $1,823 per week

Overview TNAA TotalMed Allied is seeking a travel Physical Therapist for a travel job in Dover, Delaware. Job Details Specialty: Physical Therapist Discipline: Therapy Duration: 13 weeks Hours: 40 hours per week Shift: 8 hours, days Employment Type: Travel Responsibilities Evaluate and create a plan of care for a variety of patient populations in the acute care setting. Oversee supervising PTAs and support staff (therapy technicians). Bill within the respective setting following facility guidelines. Understand and comply with the state board's rules and regulations. Interface with Medical Center personnel and physicians to ensure a team-focused plan of care. Understand adaptive equipment and apply it as needed. Modify the plan of care as indicated by patient condition. Use Medical Center computer systems for daily tasks and documentation. Provide timely and accurate documentation following state and/or insurance guidelines. Qualifications 1 year of experience required; 6 months may be acceptable for exceptional candidates with relevant background. New graduates encouraged to apply. BLS certification and state-specific licensure required. Ability to stand and walk for long periods; ability to bend, lean or stoop as needed.
