Commercial Project Manager

A well-established and growing General Contractor is looking to appoint an experienced Project Manager to join its Dallas-Fort Worth team. The Opportunity You will be responsible for managing ground-up commercial construction projects from preconstruction through closeout, ensuring projects are delivered safely, on schedule and within budget. Working alongside experienced Superintendents and senior leadership, you will play a key role in the successful delivery of projects while maintaining strong relationships with clients, consultants and subcontractors. Responsibilities Manage ground-up commercial construction projects from start to finish Oversee project budgets, schedules and financial reporting Manage RFIs, submittals and change orders Lead subcontractor procurement and contract administration Coordinate with Superintendents and field teams Maintain strong client relationships Ensure projects are delivered safely, on time and within budget Drive project quality and performance Requirements 5+ years of Project Management experience with a General Contractor Proven experience delivering ground-up commercial construction projects Strong understanding of budgets, schedules and contracts Excellent leadership and communication skills Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and project teams Compensation & Benefits $140,000 Base Salary Annual Bonus Vehicle Allowance Medical, Dental & Vision Insurance 401(k) with Company Match PTO & Paid Holidays Long-Term Career Progression Why Apply?
