Handle guest concerns swiftly and thoughtfully, turning tough moments into lasting loyalty. Maintain rigorous standards for food quality, cleanliness, and guest-ready presentation — every minute counts. Lead a Winning Team Build and sustain a high-energy culture where every team member feels supported and driven to excel. What You Bring: 1–3 years of proven leadership experience managing teams of 25+ people, with a track record of driving results in a fast-paced environment.
