Anticipated Start Date: 03/16/2026 Posting Date: 03/09/2026 Closing Date: Open Until Filled Job Summary The Student Assistant will perform a variety of support duties for conferences, events, and campus activities, including room setup and cleanup, office support, transportation assistance, a‑V support, and catering support. Responsibilities Room set up for scheduled conferences and events; room cleanup afterwards. Office support such as copying, faxing, making conference disks, word processing, and managing storage space. Support transportation needs for workshops. Provide a‑V support in some cases. Assist with catering operations for multiple campus events. Qualifications High school education. Good team player. Great customer service skills. Ability to follow instructions.
