Position Summary...The Senior Manager, Finance plays a critical role in driving financial planning and analysis by developing complex models, recommending expense targets, and evaluating business performance in collaboration with cross-functional teams. This position oversees risk mitigation through robust control structures and enhances financial reporting transparency. About the Team:
The E2E FP&A team advances U.S. Store Operations, Real Estate, Energy, and Supply Chain by streamlining end-to-end financial processes. This team enhances forecasting, planning, and reporting to support effective financial management and organizational goals. The Senior Manager collaborates with leadership across Real Estate and E2E functions to design and implement efficient business processes. Focusing on financial planning, analysis, risk mitigation, and profit and loss management, the team drives informed decision-making and continuous improvement, ensuring strong financial oversight and contributing to the company’s operational success. • Prepare financial analyses and models to support planning and recommend future expense targets.
• Manage control structures to mitigate financial risks and ensure proper controls in financial functions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance reporting transparency and develop new processes.
• Communicate financial results, forecasts, and variances to senior management with clear documentation.
• Drive execution of business plans by identifying needs, setting priorities, and removing obstacles.
• Lead, mentor, and develop associates, establishing performance expectations and fostering team growth.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, ethics, and standards while promoting continuous improvement.

The annual salary range for this position is $90,000.00 - $180,000.00 Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses. Additional compensation for certain positions may also include :
