The platform uses AI agents to handle work that used to take humans hours, saving households real money while delivering a dramatically better experience at the moments that matter most.

The company already works with 40 of the largest carriers in its category, is preparing to go live nationwide, and is actively launching new product lines. It's backed by top-tier funds and notable angels, with founders, early operators, and board members drawn from some of the most respected names in tech and consumer internet.

This is a high-leverage generalist role sitting directly beside the CEO. As Chief of Staff, you'll own whatever is most important that week, whether that's fundraising, operations, go-to-market, analytics, partnerships, or product strategy. The scope is intentionally broad and constantly shifting. One week you're building a financial model for the next raise, the next you're standing up a new operational process or unblocking a launch.

This is a true right-hand role. Trust is the foundation of the hire, and you'll be given real ownership from day one.

• Own the most critical priority each week and drive it from start to finish
• Build models, dashboards, and analyses that turn data into decisions
• Write the investor updates, internal docs, and partner communications that keep the company moving
• Stand up and tighten operational processes as the company scales
• Support fundraising, GTM, partnerships, and product strategy as needed
• Ship fast, move without waiting to be unblocked, and create leverage for the CEO

What We're Looking For

• 1 to 3 years at a top-tier firm or program (Goldman, McKinsey, Bain, BCG, or comparable). Exceptional new grads will be considered.
• Strong analytical skills, including spreadsheet fluency, financial modeling, and data interpretation
• Excellent written communication for investor emails, internal docs, and external partner notes
• High agency and a bias toward action: you ship before it's perfect and move without waiting to be unblocked
• Based in NYC, or genuinely committed to relocating
• High integrity. This is a right-hand role, and trust is the foundation of the hire.

Compensation

$130,000 – $180,000, plus meaningful equity and the chance to build a career-defining track record alongside the founder.
