What We’re Looking For Deep experience building scalable B2B SaaS products. A systems thinker who cares about architecture, performance, and resilience. Independent problem-solver who thrives on complexity without needing handholding. Clear communicator who can convert technical complexity into simple explanations. Fluent in English and comfortable collaborating across disciplines. How you contribute Build and scale core product features that directly shape how global customers interact with trends, signals, and AI insights. Plan, design, and deliver high-impact features in agile sprints, from idea to deployment (Python, Angular, Kubernetes, Elasticsearch, MongoDB). Implement high-quality, maintainable code with strict adherence to our SDLC practices: code reviews, automated testing, feature flagging, CI/CD, security checks. Optimize performance across the stack: APIs, queries, pipelines, frontend rendering. Own deployments and operations in a controlled, cloud-native environment (Kubernetes, Canary releases, staging → production). Ensure security and reliability by integrating vulnerability scanning and meeting remediation SLAs. Work closely with AI engineers and data engineers to integrate NLP pipelines, trend scoring, and LLM-powered features. Mentor junior engineers and elevate the engineering culture.
