Edged has an exciting opportunity for a Senior Construction Project Manager, Platform Delivery based in Dallas, Texas . In this role, you will work directly with the Director of Construction and be responsible for managing technical, cost‑efficient, and fast‑paced data center construction program execution across the Dallas market and surrounding region. Dallas continues to be one of the fastest‑growing data center markets in North America, and this role will play a critical part in delivering mission‑critical infrastructure that supports hyperscale, enterprise, and digital infrastructure clients across the region. The ideal candidate demonstrates strong experience in program management, project controls, and large‑scale mission‑critical construction. You will bring exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, along with the ability to build strong relationships and collaborate effectively with internal stakeholders, contractors, utilities, and local municipalities across Texas. The Senior Construction Project Manager must be agile, professional, and comfortable operating in a rapidly growing environment. Key Responsibilities Lead program management and oversight of construction‑related activities for new ground‑up data center builds in the Dallas region. Own program scope, timeline, and budget performance. Drive schedule acceleration and cost efficiency while maintaining the highest quality and safety standards. Review constructability of electrical, mechanical, structural, and building systems for new and expansion data centers. Create program scope and equipment requirements; assist with RFP development, General Contractor selection, and capital requests. Oversee total program quality, including commissioning and integrated systems testing. Manage and issue RFIs during construction; coordinate construction administration with engineers and consultants. Record and report key project metrics to leadership and regional stakeholders. Concurrently manage multiple programs, including new builds and capital improvements within existing Dallas facilities. Provide on‑site leadership at Dallas‑area data center campuses during key construction milestones, startup testing, and full commissioning. Lead continuous improvement across schedule, cost, risk, and change management functions. Partner with the Regional Senior Program Manager to ensure cash flow aligns with budget and baseline expectations. Coordinate owner change processes and analyze cost/schedule impacts. Oversee monthly billing processes and reporting. Demonstrate expert‑level proficiency with Primavera P6 for cost‑and‑resource‑loaded schedules, including: Time impact analysis Critical path analysis Partner with Edged Program Managers to ensure Autodesk construction data is current and produce management reports as needed. Skills & Requirements Education / Experience Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, Business Administration, or related field. 7+ years of experience managing complex construction projects valued at $250M+, ideally within mission‑critical or digital infrastructure environments. 5+ years of experience overseeing electrical, mechanical, controls, security, fire/life safety, fiber/networking, utilities coordination, preconstruction, execution, and closeout. Demonstrated success managing cost, schedule, and risk on major programs. Specific Skills / Abilities Direct experience designing or constructing large‑scale data center facilities (colocation or owner‑operated). Strong familiarity with Texas utility coordination, permitting processes, and municipal requirements (Dallas/Fort Worth area experience preferred). Proven vendor, contractor, and subcontractor negotiation experience. Experience with fast‑track design/build delivery models. Ability to coordinate across multidisciplinary teams, including construction, engineering, IT, and operations. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
