That is why we offer:A culture of integrity, collaboration, and respect.Comprehensive benefits for you and your family.Opportunities for growth, mentorship, and skill development.As a special consideration with this position, we are pleased to offer a Sign-On Bonus of $1,000A Little About the PositionJob SummaryThe Outfitter position works outside and is responsible for using various hand tools to do small repairs, as well installing plumbing, tile, inlays, lighting and other products on the fiberglass pool.Some of What You Will Do:Read and understand production orders.Inspect pools for flaws or order deviations.Trim and grind flanges.Accurately read a tape measure.Cut and drill holes for fittings, installing them per the SOP's.Perform patching and repairs.Tile and set inlays.Responsible for tools, maintenance and repair.Maintain a safe work environment.Other duties as assigned.What You Bring to the Table: (Qualifications)Experience using various hand and power toolsAbility to read diagrams, work instructions, and production ordersExperience in tiling, plumbing, or pool manufacturing preferredAbility to understand written and verbal directionsAbility to stand for prolonged periods and perform frequent bending, reaching, stooping, climbing, and overhead workAbility to lift up to fifty (50) poundsFlexibility to work overtime, including some weekends, as needed and fluctuations in start and ending times for shiftsCommitment to working safely and wearing required PPEWhy Join Latham?
