Schedule: Monday - Friday | 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM

Requirements

• 2 years of lead experience
• Able to lift 50 lbs.
• Steel-toe boots

Job Duties

• Serve as a liason between the onsite staff and manager
• Provide day-to-day directions

What You Will Do


As a Warehouse Lead you will oversee daily warehouse operations, coordinate shipping and receiving activities, monitor inventory accuracy, supervise warehouse personnel, support productivity goals, maintain workplace safety standards, and help ensure efficient movement of products throughout the facility. You will collaborate with operations, logistics, and leadership teams to improve performance, resolve operational issues, and support continuous improvement initiatives.

The Warehouse Lead leads warehouse operations through effective planning, employee supervision, inventory management, and logistics coordination. This role requires strong organizational skills, sound judgment, and a commitment to operational excellence.
