Job Description About the Opportunity
A growing, patient-centered integrative wellness clinic in Corpus Christi, Texas is expanding into primary care services and seeking a Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) to help launch and build this new service line.
This is a unique opportunity to play a foundational role in developing primary care within an established, multidisciplinary clinic known for strong patient experience standards, structured operations, and collaborative care delivery.
The role begins part-time during the launch phase, with a planned transition to full-time by 2026.
Clinical Responsibilities- Provide comprehensive primary care services for adult patients (and pediatrics if within scope/comfort level)
- Deliver preventive care, including annual exams, screenings, and health counseling
- Manage acute conditions such as infections, minor injuries, and same-day visits
- Support chronic disease management (hypertension, diabetes, lipids, thyroid disorders, weight management, etc.)
- Order and interpret labs and diagnostics
- Coordinate referrals and collaborate with specialty providers as needed
- Maintain accurate, timely documentation and follow established clinic protocols (HIPAA-compliant workflows)
- Practice within Texas prescriptive authority / physician delegation requirements
- On-site clinic role in Corpus Christi, TX
- Multidisciplinary setting with integrative care services

- Collaborative environment with providers across multiple disciplines (wellness and primary care)
- Part-time during clinic launch phase
- Planned transition to full-time by Summer 2026
- On-site clinical practice
- Starting at $53/hour
- $5,000 sign-on bonus (paid in installments with retention agreement)
- Relocation assistance available
- Active Texas APRN license (FNP preferred)
- National certification (AANP or ANCC)
- Eligible for or currently holding Texas prescriptive authority
- Ability to obtain DEA registration if applicable
- Strong clinical judgment and patient communication skills
- Comfortable working within structured clinical workflows
- Strong documentation and follow-through habits
- 2+ years in primary care, family medicine, or urgent care
- Experience with coordinated care models and team-based workflows
- Familiarity with integrative or conservative-care-first approaches (PT, chiropractic, acupuncture, etc.)
