As a dishwasher, you'll be essential to our daily operations—cleaning dishes, utensils, and kitchen equipment quickly and efficiently to keep the flow of service moving. If you take pride in a job well done and enjoy working behind the scenes, this is the role for you!Responsibilities include:Wash dishes, utensils, cookware, and food prep tools quickly and thoroughlyOperate and maintain dishwashing equipment according to proceduresKeep dish area, sinks, floors, and trash areas clean and organizedAssist with putting away deliveries and organizing dry storageSupport other team members with basic cleaning and prep tasks as neededFollow all safety and sanitation guidelines to maintain a clean work environmentAssist with closing and deep-cleaning tasks as scheduledAssist Pitmaster in any BOH duties that may come upJob Requirements:No experience required—just a strong work ethic and willingness to learnAbility to work in a fast-paced kitchen environmentStrong attention to cleanliness, detail, and safetyMust be able to lift up to 50 lbs and work on your feet for 6–8 hoursReliable, punctual, and able to follow directionsFlexible availability, including nights, weekends, and holidaysTeam player with a positive, can-do attitudeJust because you get hired on for dish washing does not mean that is all that it includes - we aim to cross-train.
