We're looking for a Concept Artist to dream up the visual hooks that make millions of people click. If you look at the thumbnails across our channels and think "I could have created a better concept than that", this is your time to shine! What You'll Actually Do Turn video ideas into attention-grabbing concepts for future thumbnail, before a single frame is shot Sketch the "what if" moments (e.g. the trap, the twist, the stakes) in a single frame Work directly with the creative team shaping what the internet sees next Push every concept until it's instantly readable, even with the sound off and the title hidden What We're Looking For A sharp eye for what makes people stop scrolling Clean, simple, high-clarity concept work An instinct for stakes, drama, and clickability Someone who studies what works (and what doesn't) and has opinions about it How to Apply Resume optional.
