Employment Type: Independent Contractor (1099) Location: Osceola, FL Schedule: 3/4 Split 6 pm- 6 am (1 Route/Night) Compensation: Weekly Settlement Compensation | Flat rate for route + additional income from dedicated on-demand deliveries Job Details This contract will have a guaranteed/dedicated route and require drivers to remain in the designated area from 6:00 pm to 6:00 am, ready to assist with on-demand orders when not completing the dedicated route. Drivers receive a flat rate payment for the dedicated route, with the potential to earn additional income from dedicated on-demand deliveries. Responsibilities Be available and ready to respond to on-demand medical deliveries during scheduled hours Safely transport sensitive medical materials between hospitals, emergency rooms, and other medical facilities Provide outstanding customer service and uphold our commitment to excellence Requirements Valid driver's license and clean driving record Reliable car, van, or SUV with 100/300/50 insurance coverage limits Willingness to undergo background check, MVR review, and drug screening Availability to remain in the designated service area during shift hours Ability to download and operate multiple mobile apps Please Note: All independent contractors are paid via the OpenForce platform. As part of this process, weekly settlements will be subject to applicable fees. This may include a System Resource Subscription fee, a Gill Logistics administrative fee, and an Occupational Accident Insurance premium (if elected) — unless you or your business entity already carries comparable workers' compensation coverage.
