Part-Time Customer Service Representative
JD Electrical Home Solutions is looking for two friendly, organized, and dependable part-time Customer Service Representatives to join our growing team!
As one of the first points of contact for our customers, you'll play an important role in creating a positive customer experience while helping keep our daily operations organized and running smoothly. If you enjoy helping people, staying organized, and working in a supportive, family-oriented office environment, we'd love to hear from you!
Available Shifts
We are hiring for two separate Monday–Friday positions:
Morning Shift: 7:00 AM–12:30 PM Afternoon Shift: 12:30 PM–6:00 PM
Please indicate which shift you are interested in when applying.
Responsibilities
Answer incoming phone calls and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner
Schedule service calls and free estimates
Dispatch technicians and manage daily schedules
Communicate with customers and technicians throughout the day
Prepare invoices and process payments
Follow up with customers regarding estimates and completed work
Maintain accurate customer records
Complete opening or closing office duties based on your scheduled shift
Assist with general office and administrative tasks
Help keep the office organized and daily operations running smoothly
Qualifications
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
Friendly, positive, and professional attitude
Dependable and punctual
Strong attention to detail
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Basic computer skills and willingness to learn new software
Previous office or customer service experience is preferred, but we're happy to train the right person
