Job Title: HR Coordinator
Location: Richmond, VA - Hybrid
Duration: 12 months - Good Possibility of extension and conversion
Rate: $25-$28/hr on w2 - without benefits

Introduction

Join our dynamic team in Richmond, VA, where you will play a crucial role in enhancing the Workday Payroll, Absence & Time Tracking (PATT) system. We are seeking a proactive individual who excels in a collaborative environment and is ready to tackle challenges head-on.

Required Skills & Qualifications

1 year of Workday PATT experience
1 year of payroll experience
1 year of system testing
Familiarity with SOX or internal control standards
Proficiency with GSuite
1 year of ADP GlobalView experience
2 years of system administration experience
2 years of process management experience
Experience working in an Agile environment

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

Utilize the Workday and ADP GlobalView test environments to perform thorough testing and troubleshoot PATT system issues.
Engage with team leads, tech partners, or HR partner groups to resolve system issues and coach on appropriate steps/procedures.
Create and maintain job aids to assist processors with system steps and procedural guidance.
Participate as a team member in agile pod work to enhance the PATT experience.
