- 3+ Years of Sales Management or Retail Leadership Experience Preferred
- Proven Sales Experience and a Track Record of Meeting Goals
- Excellent Communication, Interpersonal and Organizational Skills
- Ability to Lead and Coach Sales Specialists and Facilitate a Positive Culture
- Comfortable working with sales metrics, retail calculations, and consumer financing options
- Bilingual a Plus
- Drive Store Sales Performance
- Take ownership of daily and monthly sales goals, monitor KPIs, and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Lead by example by actively participating in the sales rotation while demonstrating strong selling techniques and customer service.
- Develop the team by providing consistent coaching, feedback, and accountability to help Sales Specialists improve their performance.
- Serve as Keyholder – Open and Close the Retail Location
- Review Sales Transactions for Accuracy and Ensure Proper Sales Procedures
- Plan, Promote, and Execute Sales Events
- Promote the Business through Social Media, Hiring Events, and Other Community Outreach Opportunities
- Assist with Recruiting, Interviewing, and Selecting New Sales Specialists
