With a focus on teamwork, accountability, and precision, you keep operations running smoothly while motivating others to do their best work.As a Lead Production Technician at Curaleaf, you'll oversee daily filling and packaging operations while guiding your team to deliver safe, compliant, and high-quality cannabis products.
