Registered Nurse - IV Infusion Specialist – Palm Beach Gardens, Florida Job#16802883 Join a practice offering IV therapy drips, cryotherapy, and wellness treatments for optimal health and performance. We are seeking a Registered Nurse - IV Infusion Specialist with expert IV placement skills and acute care experience to administer wellness therapies including IV drips, IM shots, cryotherapy prep, and hyperbaric oxygen sessions in a high‑volume, client‑facing wellness studio. This recovery center delivers vitamin infusions, NAD+ drips, and performance optimization treatments. The nurse will educate clients on therapy benefits, maintain precise documentation, and collaborate with a team to ensure seamless 7‑day operations while growing its membership base. Competitive compensation package. Qualifications Trained in acute care nursing with 2+ years experience (ED, ICU, Med‑Surg). Expert IV insertion skills (10/10 proficiency, ultrasound‑guided capable). Proven experience administering IM injections and infusion therapies. Comfortable with client consultations and therapeutic communication. Tech‑savvy for EHR documentation and client management software. Active Florida RN license.
