WCF Cementing Specialist

The WS Field Specialist - WIT is responsible for maintaining safe, efficient, and reliable PSD to Customers. The WS Field Specialist - WIT identifies opportunities to improve service delivery, implements standard work, and manage, risk during service delivery. Ensure job deliverables are accurate and delivered on time. Responsible for service delivery execution. Participate in job risk analysis and continual improvement programs. Develop customer contacts to promote company products and services. Ensure company and regulatory standard compliance by implementing the CAT, self-assessments, and wellsite inspections. Participate in Service Quality Meetings with customers and improve performance using action plans. Participate in HSE and Quality initiatives. Wear PPE and observe HSE policies. Maintain the required safety training. Qualifications Minimum 5 years of experience in Cementing Operations as a Cementing Supervisor, Field Specialist, or Field Engineer. Rotation: 15 days On x 6 days Off Proven experience leading and supervising field crews of 3 to 4 personnel in a safe and efficient manner. Strong knowledge of cementing services and field operations within the oil and gas industry. Ability and willingness to work outdoors in varying weather conditions, including extreme heat and occasional cold temperatures. Experience rigging up and handling treating iron and other cementing equipment. Valid driver's license required; CDL (Commercial Driver's License) preferred. Candidates based in the Midland/Odessa area are preferred; however, candidates located elsewhere in the U.S. willing to work a rotational schedule are encouraged to apply.
