We are a delivery-oriented, fast-growing company, and we invite you to join our talented team.Key Responsibilities:Facilitate analysis of system-level and system-of-systems-level requirements, needs, and capabilities.Provide management of previously developed CAMEO modelsDevelop new CAMEO models of vendor-produced software and hardware solutions in collaboration with systems expertsFacilitate connectivity between CAMEO and other systems such as AFSIM, NGTS, and ITASECollaborate with both internal and external systems engineering organizations.Provide technical support to communicate critical information, such as senior leader decision forums, annual planning guidance, and the results of periodic reviews to support decisions affecting future systems and capabilities.Assist NASIC in assessing programs for capability gaps and overlaps and formulating recommendations to support decision makers.Any other tasks closely associated with the performance of duties listed above Required Qualification:STEM Bachelor's degreeActive Top Secret clearance3-10+ years of related professional experience.3-10+ years of experience in mission engineering, systems engineering, or operational analysis in support of defense or military areas.3-10+ years of experience developing or analyzing operational and mission-level architectures (mission threads), kill chains/kill webs, CONOPs, or system-of-systems (SoS) architectures for defense or military areas.3-10+ years of experience with mission or system functional decomposition, system-of-systems analysis, or capability gap assessment/analysis.3-10+ years of experience with model-based engineering approaches, DoD Architecture Framework (DoDAF), Systems Modeling Language (SysML), Unified Architecture Framework (UAF), or other architecture modeling standards.3-10+ years of experience with model-based engineering and architecture tools such as Cameo, MagicDraw, Innoslate, or similar tools. Understanding of frameworks such as Unified Architecture Framework (UAF), Department of Defense Architecture Framework (DoDAF), The Open Group Architecture Framework (TOGAF), and languages such as Unified Modeling Language (UML) and System Modeling Language (SysML). Experience implementing style guides and document standards.Understanding of system interface requirements, requirements management, and documentation traceabilityKnowledge or recent experience integrating systems processes and/or software development methodologies, planning, designing, and analyzing functional system processes - either hardware or software-based systems.Demonstrated ability to devise solutions for complex problems that require in-depth analysis of tangible and intangible factorsExperience working as a member of a multidisciplinary project team that may include intel analysts, engineers, scientists, designers, and techniciansStrong verbal and written communication skills necessary to effectively collaborate in a team environment.Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.Strong briefing and presentation skills.Preferred Qualifications:Security requirements: Active TS/SCI w/ polySTEM master's degreeUnderstanding of multi-segmented system architecture utilizing tools such as MagicDraw, IBM Rational Rhapsody, Sparx Enterprise Architecture (EA), or Cameo EA SuiteProficient using systems engineering modeling tools (e.g., CORE, Cameo Systems Modeler, MagicDraw, or MapleMBSE) to support system requirements, design, analysis, verification & validation, and continuing throughout development and later life-cycle phasesOMG Certified Systems Modeling Professional (OCSMP) Model Builder Fundamental, OMG UAF Model User, Certified Systems Engineering Professional (CSEP), and/or other relevant UAF and SysML certifications or Graduate Certificates.Programming or scripting expertise: Knowledge of Python, MATLAB, etc., for automation and model integrationUnderstanding of configuration control and database managementExperience conducting nodal analysis on architectures developed in Cameo.Experience and a demonstrated record of success in developing and implementing innovative solutions for a diverse range of highly complex multi-disciplinary problems and devising corrective actions where necessary.Benefits: At NASK, our employees are the backbone of our company, so we provide unsurpassed benefits and work-life balance.
