Regional Director of Sales | D.C
I’m recruiting for an Account Executive with a rapidly growing legal services company that is expanding its nationwide footprint. They are an award winning legal services foundation with an 80+ year footprint in the industry.
The Opportunity:
- Territory: Maryland to North Carolina
- Primarily sell into law firms
- Own the full sales cycle from prospecting through close
- Build relationships with paralegals, attorneys, and legal administrators
- Accounts stay with you as you build your territory
- Strong upside with accelerators for exceeding quota
- Potential for future leadership opportunities as the sales team expands
Ideal Background:
- 3–5+ years of B2B sales experience
- Proven quota-carrying sales success
- Litigation support, court reporting, e-discovery, legal tech, or similar backgrounds are a strong fit
- Bachelor's degree required
- Strong CRM/Salesforce experience
What They’re Looking For:
- Proven hunter + farmer
- Self-motivated and entrepreneurial
- Comfortable building a territory rather than stepping into a fully established book
- Relationship-driven and consultative
- Stable career history with demonstrated success over multiple years
- Someone who wants to make an impact and grow with the organization
Location: D.C. preferred
✈️ Travel throughout the territory as needed
