Senior Manager, Service Management - ServiceNow Platform

Senior Manager leading ServiceNow platform design, architecture, and delivery across Biogen's global enterprise IT services. Translates IT, business, security, and compliance requirements into technical solutions while partnering with cross-functional teams to strengthen service management capabilities.
Responsibilities
- Design and architect ServiceNow platform solutions aligned with business and compliance requirements
- Conduct requirements elicitation, documentation, and design reviews with stakeholders across IT and business teams
- Manage ServiceNow implementations and oversee technical integration of multiple modules and workflows
- Collaborate with vendor managers, engineers, and project teams to deliver solutions on schedule
- Provide guidance to operational support teams on service management capabilities and processes
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
- 10+ years overall IT experience with 8+ years ServiceNow implementation expertise
- Deep technical knowledge of ServiceNow architecture, CMDB, and multi-workflow integrations
- Hands-on experience with ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, IRM/GRC, and CSM modules
- ITIL v3/v4 Foundation Certification or higher level
- Proficiency in JavaScript, JIRA, and Microsoft Office suite tools
- Advanced ServiceNow certifications (CIS, CAD, CTA, or CMA) preferred
Compensation: $140,000–$187,250 base
