This is a full-time, temp-to-permanent opportunity with steady work, competitive pay, benefits, and opportunities for long-term employment. Job Duties Assist with site clearing, grading, and excavation Support installation of underground utilities, including water, sewer, and drainage systems Perform trenching, backfilling, and compaction Safely operate hand tools, power tools, and plate compactors Assist with foundation preparation and general site development Load, unload, and move materials around the jobsite Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment Follow all company and OSHA safety requirements Requirements Previous construction, sitework, or laborer experience preferred Experience with excavation, pipe laying, utility work, or dirt work is a plus Ability to perform physically demanding work outdoors in varying weather conditions Dependable attendance and a strong work ethic Ability to lift 50+ pounds and work on uneven terrain Valid driver's license and reliable transportation preferred Ability to travel to jobsites throughout Southern New Hampshire Benefits Full health insurance Weekly pay - on time, every time Tool reimbursement Free OSHA and safety training Flex Time Support from a real team Monday-Friday, 8 AM-5 PM Temp-to-permanent opportunity Why Skilled Trades Partners?
