Certified Medical Assistant

The Medical University of South Carolina (MUSC) seeks a Certified Medical Assistant to support our Women’s Health Clinic. In this on-site role, you will room patients, obtain vital signs and histories, assist with women’s health exams and minor procedures, and perform phlebotomy, EKGs, immunizations, and specimen collection. You will document in the EMR, coordinate patient flow and scheduling, and reinforce provider instructions. Working in MUSC’s academic environment, you’ll collaborate with physicians, nurses, and learners, support quality and safety initiatives, and provide compassionate, inclusive care to a diverse patient population while growing professionally in a leading academic health center.
