Job Overview Vancouver Clinic is a physician‑owned, multispecialty clinic dedicated to high‑quality patient care and a strong work‑life balance. We are seeking a BC/BE General Psychiatrist to join our growing Mental Health Department. Responsibilities Provide 100% outpatient psychiatric care, with some telehealth responsibilities. Collaborate with primary and specialty‑care providers. Work within the clinic’s established in‑house referral network. Adhere to a schedule that excludes weekends and on‑call duties. Qualifications Board certification in psychiatry. Residency in either Oregon or Washington to be eligible for remote work. Applicants must be authorized to work in the U.S.; the clinic does not sponsor employment visas. Compensation & Benefits Compensation follows a production model. New clinicians receive a 1‑year guarantee between $300,000 and $334,000, with upside earning potential. Up to $35,000 starting bonus. Two‑year partnership track with a reasonable buy‑in. Benefits include medical, dental, vision, life insurance, AD&D, long‑term disability, health savings account, flexible spending account, employee assistance program, and supplemental benefits such as voluntary life, critical illness, accident, hospital indemnity, identity theft protection, and legal services. Eligibility for benefits is dependent on position type and FTE; benefits begin on the first of the month following one month of employment. The clinic also offers a 401k retirement plan, a 409A Deferred Compensation Plan for eligible shareholder physicians, and a 4% employer matching contribution.
