Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care in a fast-paced Emergency Room setting
• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate nursing care for emergency patients
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes
• Adhere to all facility policies, including infection control and patient safety protocols

Required Qualifications

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in good standing
• Emergency Room clinical experience
• Must successfully pass an open-book orientation competency exam with a score of 90% or higher
• Artificial nails are prohibited in all patient care departments; compliance with facility fingernail policy is required

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Prior experience in a high-acuity or trauma emergency setting
• Strong critical thinking and clinical assessment skills
